550,000 Minnesotans struggle to afford rent.
Let’s make it zero.
Big challenges require big solutions.
Bring it Home, Minnesota is a new program enacted by the Minnesota State Legislature in 2023 to help ensure every Minnesotan gets the rent support they deserve.
Rent vouchers are a key component of a healthy, just, equitable housing system and one piece of a much bigger housing crisis issue.
Our program will create up to 5,000 rent vouchers help lower-income Minnesotans find and stay in their homes.
But that’s not enough to address the need.
More than 200,000 vouchers are needed to ensure that every qualifying Minnesotan gets one.
We need your help.
In 2023, Minnesota created the first ever state-run rental assistance program. However, this program only has funding to meet 1% of the need.
We need Minnesotans like you who care about their neighbors and communities to encourage our law-makers to fully fund Minnesota’s voucher program.
We are proud to call Minnesota home. Here, we create solutions and are there for one another. The solution to our housing crisis is within reach.
